Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the selected payment method is valid and authorized.

Valceron reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
IV. Processing & Shipping
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Orders are shipped through our trusted international fulfillment partners.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

V. Returns & Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
VI. Shipping Responsibility
Valceron is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or damaged packages once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct before completing their order.
Optional shipping protection, if offered at checkout, covers the value of the purchased product in the event of verified loss or damage during transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in protection coverage.
