During busy periods or special events, delivery times may vary slightly.
While we always aim to meet these timeframes, occasional delays from shipping carriers can happen and are unfortunately outside of our control.
III. Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered successfully delivered.
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If any changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist where possible.
Valceron cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
