Return Policy
At Valceron, we are committed to ensuring a refined and seamless experience for every customer. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the guidelines below.
I. Return Conditions
Returns may be requested only after the item has been delivered and received by the customer.
Return shipping costs and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unwashed
Be undamaged
Be returned in their original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Trying on items for fit is acceptable. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
II. Return Process
1. Please report your return by email to info@valceronwear.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, which is located in Asia.
3. You ship the item at your own expense , including any customs fees or shipping costs.
4. It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping method (track & trace) . Without a tracking code, we will not be able to process your return.
Our team is here to assist you and will guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.
III. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved as meeting our return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After receiving the item at the return address and approving the product conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
IV. Responsibility
Valceron is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
