Return Conditions
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and unwashed
Be undamaged
Be in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Trying on items to check the fit is allowed. However, items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Depending on the item, returns may need to be sent to our fulfillment partner. The correct return address will be provided after approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping carriers may apply additional charges such as handling fees, duties, or customs costs depending on your location.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns without valid tracking information cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and a short explanation. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as they are processed immediately.
Sizing Policy
We recommend carefully reviewing sizing information before placing your order.
Orders placed with multiple sizes of the same item for the intention of returning part of the order may not be eligible for full return processing.
Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking shows that the order has been delivered to the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
